Archdiocese of Rennes, Dol, e Saint-Malo, France

Founded in the 3rd century as the Diocese of Rennes. In the wake of the anti-Catholic excesses of the French Revolution, it was united with the suppressed Archdiocese of Dol on 9 November 1801, and with the suppressed Diocese of Saint-Malo on 29 November 1801. Elevated to an Archdiocese on 3 January 1859 by Pope Pius IX. Name changed to Rennes, Dol, e Saint-Malo on 13 February 1880. Suffragan Dioceses include
