ELIPHIUS (ELOFF) (Saint) Martyr (October 16) (4th century) A Christian, some say by birth an Irishman or a Scot, who suffered at Toul in France under Julian the Apostate (A.D. 362). His relics were translated in the tenth century to Cologne.
