(CASPAR) (Saint) (January 6) (1st century) The name traditionally given to one of the Three Kings or “Wise Men from the East,” who brought their offerings of gold, frankincense and myrrh to the Infant Saviour. Their shrine, formerly at Constantinople, and later at Milan, is now at Cologne.
