Maurists
Eine Benediktinerkongregation in Frankreich, einem Spross der reformierten Kongregation des Heilig-Vannes. Es wurde unabhängig 1618 als die Kongregation von Saint Maur, mit der Billigung von König Louis XIII, Kardinal de Retz und Kardinal Richelieu; sanktioniert durch Papst Gregory XV 1621 und Papst Urban VIII 1627.
