Vécu au premier siècle. Dit avoir été un des 72 disciples chargés par Jésus de prêcher la venue du Royaume. Saint Paul l'Apôtre le mentionne. Identifié à Zebedee, le père des “fils de Tonnerre,” Saint James le Moindre et Saint John l'Apôtre. La légende dit qu'après la Résurrection, Aristolubus a évangélisé la Grande-Bretagne et est mort un martyr. Paul l'Apôtre mentions him.
