Skilled and successful lawyer. Upon hearing Clemente Domínguez y Gómez describe his visions, Corral gave up his practice to help form what became the schismatic Palmerian Catholic Church. Ordained as a priest and bishop within the group, and excommunicated by Pope Paul VI. Elevated to a Palmerian cardinal, and chosen leader of the church in 2005, taking the name Peter II. Anti-pope.
