Saint Attala

Abbot (died 627), born Burgundy; died at Bobbio, Italy. He became a monk and joined Columbanus, whom he followed into exile, and with him founded the Abbey of Bobbio near Genoa, of which he became abbot. Relics at Bobbio, Italy. Feast, 10 March.
