I am a seminarian for the Catholic Church, and I just wanted to say Thank You SO much for this show. I just stumbled across it the other day and I love it. All your episodes have given me answers to some questions I have been asked, and I am just not quite sure how to answer. This episode has been a real inspiration to me. Keep up the Amazing work. A Steubenville Weekend

On April 4 and 5, Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio held their second Media and Faith Conference, and SQPN was well represented. Father Roderick, suffering from a flu that was trying to become pneumonia, still managed to give the opening address on Friday night, to be a big part in all the group activities - and to turn 40 years old in the process. There will be photos posted on the Flickr site, some of the thoughts from the weekend will inform upcoming podcasts, and while it doesn't provide the fellowship and contacts of being there, the school uStream'd and recorded the sessions; you can view them at http://commarts.tv.

SQPN Catholic New Media Celebration

SQPN On the latest Rosary Army, Greg made the formal announcement of the upcoming SQPN Catholic New Media Celebration to be held in Atlanta, Georgia on Sunday 22 June, the day after the Eucharistic Congress. There was also some discussion about the Celebration during the weekend conference at Steubenville - but we're all sworn to secrecy! There will be a web site in a few days to provide more information, but right now we're collecting information - Do you have ideas about presentations or events? Can you help? Would you like to be a speaker? Let us know. Remember, this is a Celebration, a chance to meet and befriend, and a chance to share stories and thoughts and skills. We want everyone to go home feeling more a member of the community, and better able to bring others into it as one more way to bring them to God.
