Night Prayer
Visit, we beseech you, O Lord, this house, and drive from it all the snares of the enemy. Let your holy angels dwell therein to preserve us in peace, may your blessing be upon us forever.
Bless, O Lord, the repose I am going to take, in order to renew my strength, that I may be able better to serve you. O all you saints and angels, but chiefly you, O Mother of God, and dear Saint Joseph, intercede for me this night and during the rest of my life, but especially at the hour of my death. May the divine assistance remain always with us.
My Jesus, have mercy on all those who will die this night, and grant them eternal salvation. amen.
