Profile

Dominican priest, ordained on 18 September 1790. Co-adjutor vicar apostolic, with Saint Ignatius Delgado, of Eastern Tonkin, Vietnam on 9 September 1800 and titular bishop. Arrested with Saint Francis Chieu at the beginning of the government persecutions of Christian missionaries. One of the Martyrs of Vietnam.
