- Cornish prince, son of King Paternus.
After a misspent youth, he did penance in Wales and Ireland, then evangelized the Scottish Picts with Saint Columbanus, for which he is especially honoured in Scotland.
Abbot of a monastery at Govan.
Two locations in Cornwall are named for him, and he is considered Scotland's first martyr.
