Dominican. Ordained on 18 September 1790. Co-adjutor vicar apostolic of Eastern Tonking, Vietnam with Saint Ignatius Delgado on 9 September 1800 and titular bishop of Fesseë. Arrested with Saint Francis Chieu at the beginning of the government persecutions of Christian missionaries. One of the Martyrs of Vietnam.
