- Uncle of Saint Pelagius.
Benedictine monk.
Bishop of Tuy.
Founded the abbey at Lubrugia, Spanish Galatia in 915.
Captured by Moors and imprisoned in Cordoba with Pelagius for his faith.
He was later freed, but Pelagius retained as a hostage for his behavior.
Placed in a position where he could not actively promote the faith, he resigned his bishopric, and retired to live as a monk at Ribas del Sil.
