Married to Blessed Monica Naisen; father of Blessed Louis Naisen.
Worked with Blessed John Baptist Zola.
Withstood personal persecution for his faith, but when the authorities threatened to force his wife into prostitution, he briefly renounced Christianity to save her.
He later repented his backsliding, and made a public pronouncement of his return to the Church.
