Evangelist; he converted his successor, Saint Sabinian of Troyes.
Arrested for his faith during the persecutions of Emperor Aurelius.
Roman officials tried to drown him in the River Seine, but he managed to briefly escape.
He was, however, recaptured, and martyred.
