Profile
Joined the Dominicans in 1697. Ordained on 24 September 1704. Missionary to the Philippines in 1712. Missionary to China in 1713. Coadjutor vicar apostolic of Fo-Kien, China on 29 January 1728. Bishop coadjutor on 24 February 1730; titular bishop of Mauricastro. Vicar apostolic of Fo-Kien on 3 January 1732. Imprisoned for his faith and his work in 1746. One of the Martyrs of China.
