It was published in 1899 by L. C. Page and Company, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. It being over 100 years old, I believe it to be in the public domain.
The book was edited, compiled into eBook format, and distributed by Saint Joseph Software. The file can be freely given away but cannot be sold or included on any commercial product or collection of files sold or auctioned.
This file is distributed as postcard/holy-card-ware: you can "register" by letting me know you have downloaded or read this file.
